Most parts are kept in store ready to go. Special order parts can usually be express posted in as needed.

We strive to complete pre-booked services in within 1-2 business days of the bike being dropped off to us.
STANDARD 'BRONZE' SERVICE
Our most popular option: Recommended once every 9-12 months
From $100
- Inspect and wipe down bike
- Inspect drivetrain for wear and lubricate chain
- Tune and adjust gears
- Check brakes for wear and adjust as required
- Check all bolts and attachments are correctly tightened
- Replacement parts are sold separately
- Additional repairs may incur further fees
- Recommended to be done once a year at least (more if you ride regularly and in adverse conditions).

ELITE 'GOLD' SERVICE
Give your bike some special treatment: Recommended once every 18-24 months
From $220
- All the items from a standard service, plus:
- Remove bottom bracket, clean, inspect, regrease and reinstall
- Clean, inspect, adjust and regrease wheel hubs and headset bearings
- Bike and drivetrain degrease, wash and detail
- Wheel spoke tension check and true
- Replacement parts are sold separately
- Additional repairs may incur further fees
- Recommended for recently purchased second hand bikes, and also at the beginning/end of your riding/racing season
